Medication Reviews (MedsCheck)

Take 20–30 minutes with our pharmacist to go through everything you take — prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and supplements.

We check for duplications, interactions, and side effects, make sure each medication is still doing its job, and give you an up-to-date list to share with your doctors.

Ontario’s annual MedsCheck is available to eligible Ontario residents with a valid Ontario health card who take three or more prescription medications for a chronic condition. Other MedsCheck programs have additional eligibility criteria. Ask our pharmacist to confirm your eligibility.
